My whole family, including my bother came from the Soviet Union 1984. Today it is give as Latvia and Russia. These are the two countries in which my background is from. During this while in the Soviet Union there were many aspects that make peck want to leave. For instance my mother used to rate me why they would want to leave there. Well the answer to that was that they were seek freedom of political and religious expression. As many people notice times there were very tough. People there didnt live the same lives as we do today. I think that throughout the 16 years of getting to know my background of my family everyone was dying to come here. My mother, her brother and my brother at the age of 4 came to the United States. They came on a delirious route. Starting from Latvia, to Austria, to capital of Italy and then finally to New York in one month. This process wasnt so easy. They waited in capital of Italy for weeks to get papers to come to the states. Finally they did and made it here.
My father, a NYC dentist today is from modern day Moscow. When he tells me some his lifetime and how he got here there are its ups and downs. He said that the Soviet Union for himself during his childhood wasnt so bad.
There were tons of bad things as everyone knows but to a fault tons of great things as well. His route to the United States was assorted then my moms side of the family. Beginning from Moscow a couple up years prior, my father took the same route. He waited in Rome for papers and came here to start a new move in his life.
Overall my families journey to the their favorite verdant was a wild one. From country to country and ups and downs they had made it here success in force(p)y.
