As a HR and Training professionals we need to focalize in Talent Management on the best ways to train and develop the employees. Online training and attainment is increasing rapidly, oddly with the big organizations with a world-wide network of offices were it is costly to bring any the employees to the head office for the training. Talent Management is about evolution the employees and retain them to support the future day plans and needs. Proper training and suppuration with the proper techniques and strategies will help the effective development and the transaction of the needed result from Talent Management. According to VARK questionnaire for identifying learning styles for outgo learning, the students have four modes of learning and they are: visual (V), aural (A), reading/writing (R), and kinesthetic (K).
