I am requesting approval to work a proposal tentatively entitled as A Centralized Database Software: More Efficient, More Effective intercommunicate to the Property Manager to recommend a new system in place of a hand-filing system that provide development efficiency and effectivity in documenting and storing files of the company.
The current company reading system, hand-filing and mailing documents from one office to another, results to various disadvantages and expenses. Aside from macrocosm ineffective, as documents may be lost in the mail, eaten by rats or termites, lost in fires or misplaced, it is similarly ineffectual as it entails manpower, to hand-file the documents, and money, to send the documents via Kinkos to other offices.
Instead of guiding much of the resources of the company towards this filing system, my proposed centralized database will plus the efficiency and effectivity of the documentation, as well as accession the productivity of the company because resources will be directed towards to a greater extent useful and important projects to the benefit of the company rather than towards hand-filing and direct documents via Kinkos.



This database will be connected through other offices via intranet and internet. And through this the company wont need to lose documents because everything will be stored in the centralized database, and also, this will everyow all offices to access information quicker. This will also lay off faster communication between offices. It is not only time-efficient but also cost-effective.
