There is an important douse veneering children and even adults in society today and issue is called bullying. Whether the issue is called bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any other describing term, bullying has become sensation of the most widespread topic facing individuals toady. Whether the bullying involves violence, vulturous homophobic threats, or simple verbal abuse, bullying is eventually approaching an important level of validity in schools and in the media (NorthJersey.com, 2011). With this acknowledgement, Team B has established a foresee marriage proposal of a center to help with the treatment and understanding of bullying. The objective of the center go forthing be establishing an environment where individuals that have been bullied gouge come to discuss any issues about the act. This center will not only focus on the victim scarcely also the individuals accused of the bullying. In this proposal Team B will address the benefits motivating the team up to commission this get a line.



The team will identify the customers of the jump out and any additional stakeholders of the project and how they will be affected by the project. The team will identify project goals in terms of triple constraint. The team will also identify the completion date, budget and vision constraints, specific performance criteria, and develop a statement of report for the project. Last, a summary of the proposed project must be presented to the project customer and show an explanation of the benefits from successful completion of the project justifying the proposed costs.
